With our Brochure and Premium Website Package you have the option of maintaining all of your custom pages yourself. Our content management system gives you the freedom of replacing the text and images on your custom pages.

Our Premium Website Package comes with up to 3 hours of support and maintenance work on your website each year. However, we're here to help, so if you need more assistance, the following explains our discounted maintenance fee schedule.

Prepaid Maintenance

Our regular hourly support rate is $110.00/hour.

A discount is available for Prepaid Hourly Maintenance support, which may be purchased at the following rates:

Enterprise
12 hours @ $90/hour = $1080 ($240 savings)

Corporate
6 hours @ $95 = $570 ($90 savings)

Small Business
3 hours @ $100 = $300 ($30 savings)

Terms of Prepaid Maintenance

• Minimum time to be billed per work order shall be 15 minutes or 1/4 hour with additional time billed in 5 minute increments;**
• Time use shall be recorded and reported to client on a monthly basis;
• In the event of termination of this agreement, balance of hours shall be due and payable as follows:
• Time remaining in client account upon termination shall be multiplied at the hourly rate established by the Maintenance package at time of purchase and shall be due and payable to client within 30 days of termination;
• Time use overages shall be billable at the hourly rate established by the Maintenance package at time of purchase and shall be due to The Web Professional, Inc. within 30 days of termination.  Prepaid time is offered as a discount to our general hourly rate.  Failure to pay overages within the grace period shall result in charges at our customary hourly support rate presented above.

• Updates to the text on your website pages
• Photo placement on web pages, including resizing, cropping and optimizing for web
• Photo scanning
• Graphic design services (for web only)
• Phone consultations
• Development of additional pages
• Phone Consultations

*Other rates may apply for special programming requirements and off-the-shelf applications, such as contact forms, custom forms, photo galleries, content management systems, search engine marketing programs.

There is never a charge for updates to the Xerox product catalog included in our premium and brochure website packages.
