Is it possible for us to manage our own Social Media activities?

Our take on maintaining social media communications is that no one knows your agency better than you. Once we've helped set you up, we can help you with planning and brainstorming ideas for best practices for promoting your business and relationship development.  In practice, you'll be in control of daily updates and postings.

Can you charge my co-op account directly?

Unfortunately, no. We will provide you with an invoice that you can submit to Xerox Co-op for payment.

Who owns the graphic design of my website?

If you have provided your own graphics and photography, you own these assets, and we are simply implementing them into our website design/layout. All rights to our web page layout are copyrighted and reserved by The Web Professional, Inc.

Who owns my content?

Content provided by you for customization of pages such as the About Us, Our News, Photo Gallery, Employment Opportunities, and Testimonials pages, is provided by you and therefore is owned by you.

On pages we create to contain product information and which are generically available on all of our websites, the content is owned by us or made available by Xerox for your benefit. We own and maintain all of the pages containing information about Xerox Products, Flash Movies highlighting the current Xerox products, pages linking out to the Xerox site, such as the product listings, specifications, brochures and virtual demos are considered subscription based and are not available for use in other marketing materials. In fact, some links on your site are direct links to the Xerox website for purposes of demonstrating the benefits of purchasing through a reputable corporation, such as Xerox.

What pages can we maintain ourselves?

About Us, Our News, Photo Gallery, Employment Opportunities, Specials and Testimonials, if there is something you'd like to be able to change yourself, please contact us.

How do we maintain our own pages?

Once you've signed up for your website and its been launched, we will give you control panel access and instructions on maintaining your web pages.

How can we use the 4 hours of maintenance and support services?

Generally most of what you will need done to your site in the initial set up, will cover much of the customization you require to have your own look, feel and individual content on those pages about your company. Customization beyond the initial site setup may apply for use of the support hours. Any custom support services and consultations you may desire for your site could be applied against the 4 hours you will have in your annual timebank.

If you wish to have us implement changes to your personalized pages, we will do this using the hours in your timebank.

What if we do not use our 4 hours of support? May we have a refund?

Sorry, but these hours are included to defray the cost of any added work required to give your site the customization you desire at initial launch and nominal changes throughout the year. This annual service expires with the expiration of your subscription year.

What if we do not want to maintain or update our own pages?

We are pleased to offer hourly support services to give you the updated site you desire. Our current hourly rate is $110/hour, and we offer a generous discount for prepaid maintenance plans. Please review our maintenance program>> or contact us to inquire.

Who maintains the product listings and their related documents, such as virtual demos, brochures and specification pages?

The Web Professional, Inc. 888-614-7776. Please notify us if you find any product content out of date.

Does our hosting provide email support?

Yes, we offer POP3 email support.

How much time will it take to implement our new site?

We are usually able to get a new website up and running within a few business days of receiving your order. Please bear in mind that we do require information from you to make this happen and will work with you closely in setting up a great site for your company.

Are traffic reports available for my website?

Yes, this is a standard feature of our website package.

What's included in the Search Engine Package?

Custom meta data on all of your website pages
Submission of your site to Google, MSN and Yahoo
Submission of your site to Google Local, MSN Local, Yahoo Local and local.com

Can we sell supplies on our site?

Yes, our premium site package provides for a complete list of product supplies.

All active and inactive products are listed in our supply database, and therefore your visitors may select products for anything you have chosen for your supply catalog.

Can we offer online payment for products on our site?

Yes, we can implement PayPal shopping cart with your supply order system. Please contact us for pricing.

What if I don't want to have all of the power modules on my site?

Customization according to your individual needs will take place when your site is implemented.

Who owns my domain name?

If you have already purchased a domain name, your name should be listed as the "Registrant".

If you have not purchased a domain, we are happy to assist you with this process as part of getting your website set up. We assure you that any domain name we register on your behalf will be registered in your name and all records turned over to you.
